Change Your Enrolment.
Apply to change your enrolment/take time off from study. Please select one of the following options:
| 1. Defer - Take time off before you start your course. Please use this form only if you are deferring prior to the census date. |
| 2. Suspension/Intermission - Take time off during your course/applying for a leave of absence. Applying for a leave of absence will pause your period of candidature (course duration). Please complete this form after you have withdrawn from the units online. This form must be completed prior to the census date for the trimester you wish to take leave. If you are withdrawing after the census date you do not need to notify UNE. |
| 3. Withdraw/Discontinue - Cease your current enrolment completely. Please complete this form after you have withdrawn from the units online. If completed prior to census date you will not be charged for the units. If you completing prior to the Academic Penalty cut off date you will not receive an Academic Penalty. Please refer to the Principal Dates for Census and Academic penalty cut off dates. Note: If you receive AUSTUDY or YOUTH ALLOWANCE, please contact Centrelink to check your continued eligibility. |
| 4. Unit Withdrawal - If you just want to withdraw from one or more units but not your entire course, you need to go to myUNE and change your online enrolment. If you are registered with Student Assist for an exemption from online enrolment please complete this form. Note: If you receive AUSTUDY or YOUTH ALLOWANCE and are reducing the number of units in which you are enrolled, please contact Centrelink to check your continued eligibility. |
